Testing
Knowledge at your fingertips for a healthier tomorrow
Our testing kits provide everything you need to get started.
We only require a small amount of blood which is collected via a quick and easy finger prick test. Just squeeze a few drops of blood onto the piece of card, pop a plaster on and that’s it! Samples are sent away to the medical lab and analysed with the results being returned within 3-4 weeks.
The test analyses your current health, based on the state of your immune system and looks at your key health markers and signs of chronic inflammation. Inflammation is a normal bodily process which occurs as a response to injury or infection to assist the healing process. However, due to lifestyle choices, the inflammation can become chronic which leads to tissue damage and increases the risk of many diseases, thus speeding up the process of ageing.
By testing and working towards lowering inflammation levels we can reduce our biological age, meaning we can live better, for longer.
Positive lifestyle changes.
Diet, exercise, sleep, stress management and an improved environment, can reduce inflammation, slow down ageing and reduce your risk of the following categories of diseases:
Cardiovascular
Autoimmune
Metabolic
Respiratory
Chronic diseases are responsible for 74% of all deaths worldwide. These diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases, cancers, chronic respiratory diseases, and diabetes are preventable, but currently 41 million people die from them each year.
Health management is key to reducing your chance of being amongst these numbers and whilst we can’t alter our chronological age, our lifestyle has a large influence on how we age on a molecular level, thus determining our biological age.
The test can provide insights which are associated with an increased risk of various age-related diseases. By identifying these markers, it may help indicate potential health risks well in advance, offering valuable guidance for preventive measures(1).

Please note: We do not carry out diagnostic testing. Our tests do not serve as a disease predictor or risk score, rather, it gives information on the similarities of your profile with observed profiles in various diseases.
