We begin with a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire to understand your current habits, environment, health, and goals. This gives us a detailed picture of where you are now and what’s holding you back.
Using our Six Pillars of Longevity framework, your coach will build a plan around your real life—not just theory. We work with you to embed new habits in each area—practical, achievable steps that compound into lasting change.

Nutrition
What you eat, when you eat, and how you hydrate. It’s about fuelling your body with whole foods, macro and micronutrients, and knowing where to supplement to support hormonal health, energy, and longevity.

Movement & Strength
Building a body that lasts in a way that you enjoy. From daily movement to structured strength training, we focus on improving mobility, muscle mass, balance, and cardiovascular fitness so that you can live fully, age well, and keep doing the things you love.
